  • Support families through the unique physical experiences of each type of perinatal loss.
  • Navigate grief and the emotional impacts on families and individuals.
  • Communicate with empathy and clarity during sensitive situations.
  • Provide practical and hospital-based support for families.
  • Support clients navigating pregnancy after loss.
  • Prioritize your own self-care as a doula.

In addition to the core modules, you’ll have access to insightful interviews with loss parents and perinatal experts. These optional videos offer personal stories, professional insight, and practical tools for navigating real-life support scenarios. Ashley Inclima

Owner of Tides of Life Doula & Perinatal Bereavement Services LLC

After losing her son Adrian to a fatal disorder in 2011 and experiencing an early miscarriage, she found resilience through community support and later welcomed healthy identical twin daughters. Ashley knows firsthand the unique, overwhelming challenges that accompany pregnancy loss and navigating pregnancy after loss.

With extensive experience as a Medical Assistant in OB/GYN offices, OB Technician, Perinatal Loss Coordinator, Licensed Survivor Mom Companion Tutor, Doula, and Certified Grief Educator, Ashley is knowledgeable and passionate about women’s health.

Ashley's personal experiences, combined with her professional background, highlighted the lack of support and advocacy for those facing pregnancy loss, inspiring her to found her company. Educating other doulas contributes to filling the gap that exists in healthcare, and ensures families receive the compassionate support the deserve!

Who is this training for?

This training is designed for doulas and birth workers who want to expand their skills, deepen their impact, and feel more confident supporting clients through pregnancy loss, grief, and pregnancy after loss.

Whether you do birth, postpartum, or full-spectrum doula work, you will encounter grief. Even if a loss doesn’t happen during your time with a client, you may support someone who is pregnant after loss, parenting after loss, or navigating postpartum after a pregnancy that followed a loss.

This course bridges a gap in most doula trainings. It helps you show up with compassion, clarity, and confidence, enhancing both the care you offer and the trust families place in you.

This training is for you if:

  • You want to feel more prepared when a client experiences loss
  • You support clients pregnant after loss and want to understand how to show up better
  • You’ve avoided taking on loss clients because you weren’t sure how to help
  • You want to grow your skillset and offer a higher level of care
  • You’re building a sustainable doula business that honors every outcome

Deepen your impact by adding this essential knowledge to your toolbox.
