Pregnancy After Loss Support Series

Honoring grief and embracing hope together

Hosted in collaboration with Little Roots Play Cafe, Clarkston, Mi

About the Series

Pregnancy after loss can bring a swirl of emotions: love and fear, grief and hope, joy and anxiety, all existing side by side. The holiday season can stir these feelings even more deeply, as moments of celebration and togetherness may also carry reminders of what and who is missing
Both journeys deserve care and support — especially if you are navigating both right now.

This 4-session in-person support series offers a safe, nurturing space for families navigating pregnancy after loss to connect with others who truly understand.
Together, we will share stories, explore gentle coping tools, and prepare for birth in a way that honors both your current pregnancy and the baby or babies who came before.

Meet Your Facilitator:

Ashley Inclima

Owner of Tides of Life Doula & Perinatal Bereavement Services LLC

In 2011, Ashley experienced the loss of her son Adrian through TFMR following a fatal diagnosis, followed by an early pregnancy loss three months later. She found hope and resilience through community and eventually welcomed healthy identical twin daughters. These experiences gave her a deep understanding of the complex challenges of pregnancy loss and pregnancy after loss.

With over a decade of experience in women’s health, Ashley has served as a Medical Assistant in OB/GYN offices, OB Technician, Perinatal Loss Coordinator, Licensed Survivor Mom Companion Tutor, Certified Grief Educator, and practicing birth and bereavement doula.

Both personally and professionally, she witnessed the profound lack of support and advocacy for families facing loss and the future. Tides of Life was born from a mission to change that. Ashley combines her medical background, trauma-informed training, and heartfelt understanding to create safe, compassionate spaces for healing and connection.

What Parents Are Saying

“My daughter Violet was stillborn on August 21, 2024. I knew I needed to find some loss support groups and a community to lean on. Ashley happened to be a facilitator for both of the groups I found. She has played a vital role in my journey through loss and grief. Ashley is empathetic, understanding, kind, and an amazing listener. She has cried with me and held me up on some of my darkest days. Anyone going through perinatal loss would be incredibly blessed to have Ashley support them.”

Grace W.

Ashley has been an incredible source of comfort and strength for me. Having experienced her own devastating loss, combined with her extensive knowledge and years of grief education, she brings unparalleled wisdom, empathy, and guidance to those navigating loss. She has been a bright light in what has been the darkest time of my life.
